If you enter the mall main entrance from Bernard Avenue, you will find us in the far back right corner next to an entrance with parking off Lawrence - in fact you are probably better to just enter from there!

With over two decades of experience and almost 100,000 visits to his name, Santa-Lloyd has perfected the art of bringing Christmas joy to families far and wide. He even had an honourable mention on the Ellen TV show a number of year back, spreading his festive spirit for all to see. While he may find noisier settings a tad challenging for his hearing, Santa-Lloyd's mastery of sign language makes him a fantastic choice for guests with hearing disabilities. This Santa's heart is as big as his iconic belly, and he's here to make your holiday season unforgettable! Next up is Santa Marvin, a jolly old soul who has been enchanting children in the Okanagan for almost 10 years. With that special dashing smile that can light up any room, Santa Marvin is a true embodiment of holiday cheer. He's always up for a lively chat about the North Pole and the latest toys the hardworking elves are crafting. But Santa Marvin's magic doesn't stop there; he has a unique gift for connecting with children on the Autistic Spectrum, which is why he proudly leads our Sensitive Santa program. Get ready for a heartwarming holiday experience with Santa Marvin! Santa Greg is our newest addition to the jolly team but this marks his 3rd season already! Santa Greg embodies all the beloved traits that make Santa Claus so special. With his hearty laugh that can be heard from rooftops to chimneys, he carries the warmth of the North Pole in his heart. Santa Greg has a twinkle in his eye that rivals the North Star and a boundless enthusiasm for spreading holiday joy. Just like his fellow Santas, Santa Greg takes his role in making the world a little merrier during the holiday season seriously. He's here to make sure that the spirit of Christmas shines brightly in the hearts of children and adults alike. With his hearty "Ho, ho, ho!", Santa Greg is ready to make your holiday season truly magical.

When you arrive and check in with Mrs. Claus or one of our friendly elves, they will guide you to meet Santa along with his lead photography elf, Flash. After a brief introduction, Flash will guide you through a series of poses with Santa. Typically, the entire experience takes around 5 minutes, but this can vary depending on your child's comfort and level of interaction. Santa's main goal is to ensure everyone feels at ease, and he's trained to be attentive to the child's needs in the moment, rather than solely focusing on capturing the perfect photo. We prioritize creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all, without any potential for emotional discomfort. Once your meet and greet is finished, Flash will introduce you to Jingles. Jingles will assist you in choosing your favorite photo for printing and ensure that the rest are sent to your phone or email. We recommend checking your email or phone for these photos before leaving the workshop, as retrieving missing photos later can be a bit challenging. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Arriving 5-10 minutes early is ideal. While we strive to stay on schedule, various factors such as weather, traffic, and the presence of children can influence timing. We do have an emergency bathroom on-site, but please be ready to enter Santa's studio fully prepared, including removing jackets and such, before proceeding to meet Flash and Santa. This helps ensure a smooth and timely experience for all our guests.

Our studio is designed to create an intimate and interactive experience, ideally catering to 1-2 children at a time. However, we're also open to accommodating larger group photos when possible. We can get creative with positioning and poses to make it work. If you're planning for a group larger than 6, we kindly request that you reach out to our booking team at 250-862-2867 before making your reservation.
